Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Harbor Ledger Assurance (“we,” “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit net-platforms.digital, submit an inquiry about audits for fintech engagements, or subscribe to briefings.
1. Data controller
Harbor Ledger Assurance is the data controller. Contact: hello@net-platforms.digital · +886-3-733-8586 · 7486 Martin Luther King Boulevard, 基隆市, 福建省, Taiwan.
2. Data we collect
We collect identity and contact data you submit (name, email, engagement interest, volume band, message content), technical logs necessary to operate the site (IP address, browser type, pages viewed), and cookie-related preferences as described in our Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use inquiry data to respond to estimate requests and schedule scoping discussions (performance of pre-contract steps or legitimate interests in operating a professional firm). We use essential cookies to keep the site functional. Optional analytics cookies run only with consent. We do not sell personal data.
4. Retention
Inquiry forms are retained for up to twenty-four months unless a signed engagement requires longer retention of working papers. Marketing subscription addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are typically rotated within ninety days. Engagement working papers follow the retention period stated in the engagement letter, often seven years for assurance files.
5. Your rights
Subject to Taiwan personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may object to certain legitimate-interest processing. To exercise rights, email hello@net-platforms.digital with enough detail to locate your record. You may lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwan authority.
6. International transfers
Our primary operations and office are in Taiwan. If a processor outside Taiwan hosts email or analytics, we require contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer and will identify material processors on request.
7. Security
We apply access controls and need-to-know limits to inquiry and engagement data. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending full ledger extracts through the public contact form — use the secure channel we specify after scoping.
8. Children
Our services are directed to businesses and professional contacts. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy by posting a revised version with a new date. Material changes affecting ongoing processing will be highlighted on this page.
