Fees
Pricing that follows scope, not subscription cards
Fintech audit fees depend on rails, volume, and how clean your document room already is. The figures below are starting points; every engagement receives a written estimate before fieldwork.
| Engagement | Typical duration | Fee basis |
|---|---|---|
| Settlement & Ledger Assurance | 4–7 weeks | From NT$280,000 |
| Licensing Readiness Review | 3–5 weeks | Quoted after document inventory |
| Investor Diligence Pack | 2–4 weeks | From NT$180,000 |
| Control Remediation Follow-up | 1–2 weeks | From NT$95,000 |
Estimate factors
What moves the fee
- Number of settlement rails and processors
- Monthly transaction volume band
- Unresolved float or suspense balances
- On-site versus document-room fieldwork
- Hard deadline for a filing or diligence room
- Availability of prior findings letters
Informational only — we do not process payments on this site. Accepted estimates are confirmed by invoice and engagement letter.
Deposits and calendar holds
A deposit of thirty percent of the estimated fee holds the fieldwork window. The balance is invoiced at delivery of the draft findings. If your document room is not ready on the agreed start date, we may reschedule once without additional fee; further delays are billed as standby at a stated daily rate in the engagement letter.
What is never included
Statutory financial statement audits, legal opinions, software licenses, and remediation labor inside your accounting team are outside our fee. If a scope change expands population size mid-engagement, we pause and issue a change order before continuing.
